Ya practicaba ayuno intermitente desde hace tiempo, pero nunca hab\u00eda dado el paso hacia un ayuno m\u00e1s largo. Lo hice principalmente por curiosidad y por inter\u00e9s en conocer mejor mi cuerpo y experimentar sus beneficios.\n    <br><br>\n\n    La experiencia super\u00f3 completamente mis expectativas.   <br><br>\n\n    Hice un ayuno de 5 d\u00edas a base de licuados e infusiones y la experiencia fue much\u00edsimo mejor de lo que imaginaba. Al principio ten\u00eda miedo, pensaba que el hambre iba a ser lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, pero hacerlo en grupo y sentir el acompa\u00f1amiento constante de Yaiza hizo que todo fuera mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y llevadero.\n    <br><br>\n\n    Empec\u00e9 este proceso con bastante acidez en el est\u00f3mago y hoy puedo decir que me siento mucho mejor. M\u00e1s desinflamada, m\u00e1s ligera y descubriendo una nueva manera de alimentarme y cuidar de m\u00ed.\n    <br><br>\n\n    Lo que m\u00e1s me sorprendi\u00f3 fue darme cuenta de todo lo que el cuerpo es capaz de hacer cuando le das descanso, tiempo y los nutrientes adecuados.
